1. Product Development & Sourcing

• investigate new trends and fabrics / yarn / accessories for each season’s collection
• develop our collections for presentation each season: we can also prepare exclusive collections per buyer / brand
• identify suitable factory set-up for the product of interest to buyer
• negotiate best price for fabrics / yarn / accessories to achieve the best price for the product
• negotiate best prices for the finished product

2. Market Research

• identify manufacturers suitable for product of interest of buyer and secure the necessary production space to keep delivery requirements
• qualify each manufacturer whether complying to the regulations and code of conduct acceptable to the buyer

3. Production Monitoring and Quality Control

• ensure laboratory tests are conducted prior to arrival of fabrics at the factory warehouse and before bulk production
• check patterns prior to production
• control of approval samples prior to sending to buyer
• identify risk factors in production of the product and discuss these identified risk factory with the manufacturers to minimize defective pieces during bulk production
• conduct a production meeting with the manufacturer prior to launching production to ensure that all order requirements will be implemented in production line, and that all possible problems are discussed and corrective measures will be implemented during bulk production
• conduct Quality Control on the following stages of production:

1. INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK (IPC) – inspection conducted at the initial stage of bulk production
2. DURING PRODUCTION CONTROL (DUPRO) – inspection conducted at the middle of bulk production, around 30-50% output of bulk order quantity
3. FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI) – conducted when goods are 100% packed and a packing list is presented to us showing completion of goods in the specification required by the order

4. Documentation Monitoring

• ensure that the shipping documents are in accordance with the specific requirements of the order as stated by the Letter of Credit
• ensure prompt sending of shipping documents
